Do not order a commission if you do not have the funds ready.

Please have a minimum of 2 reference photos ready of a specific character, real person, or pet you are commissioning.

Once commissions are in progress, I will update you with a minimum of 1-2 progress picture (unless otherwise stated) to ensure that I am capturing what you have ordered. If you would like more progress pics, please let me know.

I have full rights to post your completed commission on my social media.

I have the right to decline a commission

You are allowed to use the commission as long as you credit me in your social media bio/description/etc

I will start your commission after you pay

Please do not rush me. If you have a certain date you would like the commission to be done by, please let me know so we can discuss it (there may be an extra fee for set dates)

I may stream the commission, if you don’t want your commission to be drawn live please let me know when ordering

When sending references, please send at least one reference as a drawing or something of the like (VRchat & MMO character screenshots are very tricky to reference)

If an outfit or character is too detailed, I may ask for more references, deny your commission request, or there may be an added fee that will be discussed

Commissions can take about 2 WEEKS TO 2 MONTHS or even longer depending on my schedule, the art you are commissioning, and/or the add-ons included

If you have asked for any Add-ons/Extra Characters, expect the commission to take longer

You CAN refund a commission if I've taken too long to start on it. However you CANNOT refund a commission if I have already progressed too much on it. (You MAY receive a partial refund and/or a discount on the next commission)

Commissions can come with a transparent file if asked for

I own all the rights to the drawing. You can use the commission as your icon, banner, wallpaper, etc as long as you credit me in your bio/description

You CANNOT use the commission for commercial purposes like selling it as a clothing design, prints/posters, key chains, etc. (UNLESS a commercial fee has been discussed and paid for)

VTuber Model commissions may be used for commercial purposes like LIVESTREAMING, YOUTUBE VIDEOS, ETC as the fees are already implemented into the Vtuber Model pricing. However you MAY NOT use the model on clothing designs, prints/posters, key chains, etc. (UNLESS a commercial fee has been discussed and paid for on that part)

You may not modify the commission afterward, if you want something changed please tell me immediately (There may be added fees)

All commissions will be sent digitally

Let me know what size you would like the commission in if you are going to have it printed, otherwise size will be at my discretion

Prices are approx. and may change based on the complexity of the characters/add-ons/etc

Commissions are not always done by a "first come, first served" basis. (This helps me with burn-out and efficiency, as sometimes I am able to work on different styles faster than others, and also allows me to make sure each illustration comes out with the best quality I can offer.)

Please know that I have the right to refuse or cancel your commission (refunds will be given)

Payment method via PayPal Invoice or Cashapp (USD only)

Full payment is due at the beginning of the order

I will start your commission after you pay

DO NOT pay me until I have given you the OK for it! This means I will give the OK only when we have both discussed and are on the same page for everything in progress and/or I have sent the Invoice

If I do not receive your payment within 3 days of the order, your commission will be automatically cancelled and your slot will be cleared or go to someone else who is ready
